Welcome to the 2026 First Responder Support Shop with a HERO Program! This page is your central resource for everything you need to apply for this year’s program.
Here, families will find program information, eligibility requirements, application instructions, important dates, and all required forms needed to complete the application process.
Please carefully review all information and complete each required section of the application. Providing accurate and complete information helps our team efficiently review applications and communicate important updates throughout the selection process.

2026 SWAH family application
Eligibility Overview
Families must reside in Boone County, Missouri.
Families who have been selected in this event in previous years are not eligible to apply.
Families who are currently receiving similar opportunities are not eligible to apply.
The household must include at least one (1) child under the age of 16 who resides primarily with the parent or guardian listed on the application. (Those over 16 years of age are not eligible for this program)
Items purchased during the event must directly benefit the child(ren) living in the household.
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
Families will be chosen based on the information provided in their application.
If selected, families must be able to attend their scheduled event time.
